Every person's situation is different—your budget, your time, your health concerns, your food access. That's why I offer personalized nutrition counseling that actually fits your unique life.
How It Works: Simple, Supportive, Sustainable
-
Let's talk about where you are, where you want to be!
-
Before our first session, you'll fill out a simple questionnaire about your current habits, goals, and health history. This helps me understand YOUR unique situation so we can hit the ground running.
-
We'll take an hour to dig into what's working, what's not, and create a realistic action plan based on what you can actually do—not some impossible ideal.
-
We’ll meet regularly for 30 minute check-ins, real change doesn't happen overnight. We'll adjust, problem-solve, and celebrate your wins (because they matter, even when they feel small).
What People Are Saying
“He was incredibly kind and thoughtful in the way he spoke with us, really engaging my daughter by asking open-ended questions that got her thinking and participating in the conversation. He tailored the entire conversation to our specific needs and helped us shift our perspective from focusing on struggles to celebrating wins, which left us feeling so much more positive about the journey.”
— Cassie Bennett (from WNY Sugar Momma’s FB page)
“We have been working with Jason for almost a year now. My son, Sammy, is a type 1 diabetic and we (the adults) fell into some poor habits after diagnosis for the sake of ease/convenience. Jason never made us feel bad for using prepared foods and instead offered encouragement and support in making changes”
— Sammy’s Mom
“My personal life is very demanding with three young children. This makes it hard to take care of oneself. That is where Jason comes in, he has been a nutritional coach to me, motivating me to try and mark small weekly changes , which eventually help with shaping my future help. As a mother, we often deal with an array of emotions and our eating patterns are governed by those. He has tremendously helped me to start my wellness journey.”

I'm currently working on establishing relationships with insurance providers. In the meantime, I can provide you with a superbill (detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many insurance plans cover nutrition counseling, especially for conditions like diabetes and heart disease.
-
Service fee for initial 60min appointment $150, standard 30min follow up $75, can be scheduled for a longer time frame upon request.
-
Initial sessions are typically 60-90 minutes. Follow-ups are usually 30-45 minutes.
Meeting frequency depends on your needs. The Comprehensive Weight Loss Program requires at least monthly sessions for 3 months. For other services, we might start every 2-3 weeks and adjust based on what works for you.

"Registered Dietitian" (RD/RDN) is a protected credential requiring a bachelor's degree, supervised practice, a national exam, and ongoing education. We're qualified to provide medical nutrition therapy for diagnosed conditions.
"Nutritionist" isn't regulated in most states—anyone can use that title without formal training.
-
You didn't fail—the approach probably wasn't right for YOUR specific barriers. We focus on what's actually getting in YOUR way (time, food access, emotional eating, etc.) rather than giving everyone the same generic advice. Plus, you're not doing it alone this time.
-
I provide meal planning support and examples, but not rigid "eat exactly this" plans. Instead, I teach you the skills to make your own informed choices. That way you understand what you're doing and why—so you're not dependent on a piece of paper when life gets unpredictable.
-
Yes. The Comprehensive Weight Loss Program fulfills most insurance requirements for medications like Ozempic, Mounjaro, or Zepbound, and I'll provide documentation for your doctor. If you're already on medication, ongoing nutrition support helps manage side effects and ensures adequate nutrition. Check with your specific insurance policy of weight loss medication coverage before starting weight loss program.
Note: I can't prescribe medications (only your doctor can), and they're not right for everyone.

We work with YOUR life—whether that's religious dietary laws, cultural traditions, food allergies, vegetarian/vegan preferences, or celiac disease. Your food is part of your identity, and we'll build your plan around what actually works for you.
